User Options allows users to manage their favorites section without having an account or open. Changes made in this window appear in the favorites menu in the left navigation panel.

To Manage Favorites

• On the top right of the Lifecycle Management Suite screen, click the person icon drop-down.
• Select User Options.        

• The User Options window appears. From this window users can add screens, workflows, and tickets populated within the Lifecycle Management Suite by clicking the Add drop-down and selecting the option of their choice.        

• A screen appears reflecting the selection. The Example below shows Screens. Click to highlight an item within the list and click Add Screen to add the item to the favorites list. Click Close to close the screen without adding any items.

• The new selections appear in the favorites list. Click Save or Save and Close to save the selections and close the window. Click Cancel to close the window without saving. To remove a favorite from the list, highlight an item and click Remove.
